Shaanxi Binchang 660MW Low Calorific Value Coal CFB Demonstration Power Plant Project undertaken by China Energy Engineering held a groundbreaking ceremony and the first concrete pouring ceremony. It is reported that the project is located in the Power Industry Zone of Xinmin High-end Energy and Chemical Industry Park, Binzhou City, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. The project is planned according to the 2×660 MW ultra-supercritical CFB unit plan, and a No. 1 unit will be built in advance, and No. 1 unit will be the first in the world.
